Shipping Methods: All Except Surface
Participating Regions: All regions ZenMarket is able to ship to with an eligible shipping method except Afghanistan, Belarus, Central Africa, Cuba, DR Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, and Syria.
Discount: The discount will be a flat amount between 30JPY and 10,000JPY and are determined based on the shipping amount (clarification: parcel value). See the discount amounts below.
- 10,000JPY = S Rank Discount
- 2,700JPY - 9,999JPY = A Rank Discount
- 1150JPY - 2,699 = B Rank Discount
- 800JPY - 1149JPY = C Rank Discount
- 200JPY - 799JPY = D Rank Discount
- 32JPY - 199JPY = E Rank Discount
Historically, fewer parcels have fallen into the designated value range to earn an S Rank discount, than those that fall into the range for an A Rank discount and so on. Due to the way the discounts have distributed, some lower value parcels may qualify for higher discounts depending on the value band they fall into.
Promo code usage: The TRICKORTREAT25 code may be used up to 3 times during the campaign period per user.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- Promo Code only applies to parcels paid for during the Promo Period. Enter the promo code when paying for shipping during this period to receive the shipping discount. Parcels paid for outside of the promo period will not be eligible for a discount.
- Only parcels shipped using an Eligible Shipping Method can receive the discount. Parcels shipped using any other shipping method will not be eligible for the discount.
- The parcel must be shipped to one of the Participating Regions. As mentioned above, this includes all regions other than the excluded destinations, which are Afghanistan, Belarus, Central Africa, Cuba, DR Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, and Syria.
- The maximum discount amount that can be achieved for this campaign is 10,000 Yen for this campaign.
- In the even that the discount exceeds the shipping fee, the shipping fee will be reduced to 0 JPY (free shipping). The remaining discount will not be applied to the account.
- Once the promo code is used and the eligible parcel has been paid for, the parcel cannot be altered in any way. If alterations, including but not limited to cancellation of the parcel, repacking of the parcel, or the addition of extra items are made, the shipping discount will be void. Please consider carefully whether changes to your parcel are absolutely necessary if nearing the end of the campaign.
- Each user can use the Promo code up to three (3) times. Promo codes can only be applied once per parcel.
- Each user is responsible for entering the promo code. ZenMarket is not responsible for users who do not input the coupon code at the time of payment for reasons including; did not know about the campaign, or forgetting to input the code.
- Users are allowed to have only one ZenMarket account. Users found to have multiple ZenMarket accounts will be deemed in direct breach of the Terms & Conditions and therefore ineligible for the discount.
- Promo Codes can not be exchanged for ZenMarket funds or any monetary value.
- Please make sure to check shipping methods' restrictions before creating your parcel(s).
- Please note that the parcel packing process might take 2~3 business days or more. To ensure you can use the Promo Code within the Promo Period, we recommend that you create your package in advance of the promotion ending (3~5 business days).
- Please note that additional checks need to be made in the case a user requests a change of shipping method after packing has been completed. These checks may take up to 48 hours. To ensure you can use the Promo Code within the Promo Period, we recommend that you do not request a change of shipping method within 48 hours of the promotion ending.
- Before purchasing an item, please check that it can be shipped to your region and is not on the list of internationally forbidden items. In many cases these items cannot be returned and will be disposed of at the buyers' expense.
- Shipping methods have dimensions, weight and parcel value limits. Be sure to check the shipping calculator prior to ordering an item to ensure it can be shipped with an eligible shipping method. In the event that the item cannot be shipped with your chosen shipping method, you may be asked to select an alternative. In the event that your item cannot be shipped with one of the eligible shipping methods you will be unable to make use of this promotion.
- ZenMarket reserves the right to make the final decision regarding disputes on whether an item is eligible for the campaign offer. Any decisions made by ZenMarket in this regard are final.
