Code application: The promo code only applies to packages paid for during the offer period.
Enter the code GOAL26 when paying for shipping. No discount will be granted for packages paid outside these dates.
Single use: Each user may use the promo code only once. The discount applies to one package per account.
Package modification: Once the code has been used and payment completed, the package can no longer be modified. Any modification (cancellation, repacking, adding items) will cancel the discount.
User responsibility: It is the user’s responsibility to enter the code. ZenMarket cannot be held responsible if the code is forgotten or not applied during payment.
Multiple accounts: Each user may only have one ZenMarket account. Users with multiple accounts will be considered in violation of the terms and will not be eligible.
Preparation time: Preparing a package may take 2 to 3 business days (or more). We recommend creating your package at least 3 to 5 business days before the end of the campaign to ensure the code can be used.
Shipping restrictions: Before purchasing, check that your items are allowed for international shipping and to your region. Some items are neither refundable nor returnable and may be destroyed at your expense.
Final decision: ZenMarket reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of a dispute regarding the eligibility of an item or package. Any decision made by ZenMarket is final.

How to calculate the value of your parcel?
When creating your package, select all the items you want to include in it. You will then see the line “Value of items in the package” or “Declared value of the package.” The item value corresponds to the actual purchase price of the products and does not include domestic shipping fees within Japan.
