Users who ship a parcel via an eligible shipping method during the promo period can enjoy up to a 15% discount* on the international shipping fee of a parcel (discount depends on parcel value - see discount tiers below) with promo code PRIDE26. Max usage 3 parcels.

Shipping Methods: AVIA, AVIA Small, DHL, ECMS Express, FedEx, FedEx LowCost, SF Express, UPS, Zen Express

Participating Regions: This campaign is available only for certain regions. See the full list of participating regions below.

Discount Tiers: The total discount amount is outlined in the following Tier system. The discount is determined by the value contained within the parcel being shipped.

1. If Parcel Value is from 10,000 Yen to 19,999 Yen, the discount will be 8% of the shipping fee (maximum discount amount of 800 JPY)

2. If Parcel Value is from 20,000 Yen to 34,999 Yen, the discount will be 10% of the shipping fee (maximum discount amount of 2,000 JPY)

3. If Parcel Value is 35,000 Yen to 44,999 Yen, the discount will be 12% of the shipping fee (maximum discount amount of 4,200 JPY)

4. If Parcel Value is 45,000 Yen or more, the discount will be 15% of the shipping fee (maximum discount amount of 6,500 JPY)

Additional Terms and Conditions

• Promo Code only applies to parcels paid for during the Promo Period. Enter the promo code when paying for shipping during this period to receive the shipping discount. Parcels paid for outside of the promo period will not be eligible for a discount.

• Only parcels shipped using an Eligible Shipping Method can receive the discount. Parcels shipped using any other shipping method will not be eligible for the discount.

• The parcel must be shipped to one of the Participating Regions. Please check the Participating Regions List carefully to ensure you are eligible.

• The total discount amount will be based on the tier levels above, and are calculated using the actual shipping fee of the parcel being paid for at the time of using the code, not exceeding the maximum discount amount.

• The maximum discount amount for this campaign is 19,500 yen (6,500 yen per parcel).

• Once the promo code is used and the eligible parcel has been paid for, the parcel cannot be altered in any way. If alterations, including but not limited to cancellation of the parcel, repacking of the parcel, or the addition of extra items are made, the shipping discount may be void.

• Each user can use the Promo Code up to three times. Discount applies to only 3 parcels per account.

• Users are allowed to have only one ZenMarket account. Users found to have multiple ZenMarket accounts will be deemed in direct breach of the Terms & Conditions and therefore ineligible for the discount.

• Promo Codes can not be exchanged for ZenMarket funds or any monetary value.

• Please make sure to check shipping methods' restrictions before creating your parcel(s).

• Please note that the parcel packing process might take 2~3 business days or more. To ensure you can use the Promo Code within the Promo Period, we recommend that you create your package in advance of the promotion ending (3~5 business days).

• Please note that additional checks need to be made in the case a user requests a change of shipping method after packing has been completed. These checks may take up to 48 hours. To ensure you can use the Promo Code within the Promo Period, we recommend that you do not request a change of shipping method within 48 hours of the promotion ending.

• Before purchasing an item, please check that it can be shipped to your region and is not on the list of internationally prohibited items. In many cases these items cannot be returned and will be disposed of at the buyers' expense.

• ZenMarket reserves the right to make the final decision regarding disputes on whether an item is eligible for the campaign offer. Any decisions made by ZenMarket in this regard are final.

• Users who participate in this campaign will be deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.
