1. Discount type:
   15% of the value spent per item will be automatically credited to your ZenMarket account as ZenPoints on the day your item is shipped overseas. 50,000 ZenPoints Cashback limit per item.

2. Eligible Items:
   The promotion applies only to Rakuma items. Items purchased from other stores or platforms will not be eligible for the points cashback.

4. IMPORTANT:

   1. Your order(s) must be purchased by ZenMarket during the promotional period to be eligible.

   2. Please note that your items might not be eligible for discount in some cases if your items aren't available for purchase immediately due to additional actions needed to complete your purchase. Additional actions may include, but are not limited to:

      1. Seller requesting that we message them before making the purchase.

      2. Request for lacking item order details.

      3. User account security checks for high price items.

      4. Seller stock levels (item sold out, purchase limits, etc.)

   3. To ensure your order is made within the promotional period, we recommend that you order items at least 2 - 3 days in advance of the promotion ending.

   4. The promotion applies only to the item price and does not apply to shipping costs.

   5. We cannot cancel an item after you have clicked the payment button. If you wish to cancel an item for purchase, please delete the item from your shopping cart before you pay for the item. Please note that we cannot cancel orders from Rakuma regardless of the reason once you have paid for it.

   6. Before purchasing an item, please check that it can be shipped to your region and is not on the list of internationally forbidden items. In many cases these items cannot be returned and will be disposed of at the buyers' expense.

   7. Users are allowed to have only one (1) ZenMarket account. Users with multiple accounts will be deemed in direct violation of the Terms & Conditions and therefore ineligible for the discount.

   8. ZenMarket reserves the right to block or ban accounts found in violation of the Terms & Conditions.

   9. Users who participate in this campaign will be deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.

   10. ZenMarket reserves the right to make the final decision regarding disputes on whether an item is eligible for the cashback on points. Any decisions made by ZenMarket in this regard are final.

   11. Please note that items will still be declared at their full original value for customs and tax purposes. For example, if an item originally costs 1,000 yen and is reduced to 900 yen after a promotion, the declared value will remain 1,000 yen.

Here's how to do it in 5 steps:

1. Access Rakuma from the dedicated tabs (Store Sellers or Individual Sellers) on ZenMarket.
2. Search for products on Rakuma with ZenMarket.
3. Add items to your shopping cart.
4. Add coupon code at the checkout. 
5. Pay for your Rakuma items through ZenMarket.

Please note that a purchase on Rakuma is final. If you wish to cancel a particular item, please click on the trash icon next to the checkout button before paying for your items. Once you have paid for your items, we are unable to cancel your order in most cases.

Your cashback will be automatically added to your ZenMarket balance after your Rakuma item(s) is shipped internationally.

When you buy items on Rakuma, you must pay:

1. The price of the item
2. The price of domestic shipping (from the seller to the ZenMarket warehouse)
3. The ZenMarket Service Fee (¥500 per item or lot)

Often, domestic shipping costs (when shipping between the seller and ZenMarket in Japan) are included in the price, but in some cases, the seller indicates "cash on delivery" shipping, so ZenMarket cannot know the shipping costs until the item arrives in our warehouses. In this case, we will pay for the item on arrival and deduct the amount paid from your ZenMarket account balance.

No, ZenMarket cannot negotiate the price of an item on Rakuma with a seller on your behalf. Sellers' prices are final. We cannot claim a different price, even on special request..
