1. Discount type:
   A 9% discount will be applied to the value of each eligible item at the time of purchase. The discount will be reflected in your order total immediately upon adding the coupon code.
   Please note: A maximum discount of ¥5,000 applies per item. Minimum eligible item price is ¥15,000.
2. Eligible Items:
   Promotion only applies to orders from Rakuten Ichiba (excluding Rakuten Travel, and Rakuten Bic).

4. IMPORTANT:
   1. Your order(s) must be purchased by ZenMarket during the promotional period to be eligible.
   2. Please note that your items might not be eligible for discount in some cases if your items aren't available for purchase immediately due to additional actions needed to complete your purchase. Additional actions may include, but are not limited to:
      1. Seller requesting that we message them before making the purchase.
      2. Request for the lacking item order details.
      3. Seller evaluation or verification.
      4. User account security checks for high-priced items.
      5. Seller stock levels (item sold out, purchase limits, etc.)
   3. To ensure your order is made within the promotional period, we recommend that you order items at least 2 - 3 days in advance of the promotion ending.

   4. The promotion applies only to the item price and does not apply to shipping costs.

   5. We cannot cancel an item after you have clicked the payment button. If you wish to cancel an item for purchase, please delete the item from your shopping cart before you pay for the item. Please note that we cannot cancel orders from Rakuten regardless of the reason once you have paid for them.

   6. Before purchasing an item, please check that it can be shipped to your region and is not on the list of internationally forbidden items. In many cases, these items cannot be returned and will be disposed of at the buyer's expense.

   7. Users are allowed to have only one (1) ZenMarket account. Users with multiple accounts will be deemed in direct violation of the Terms & Conditions and therefore ineligible for the discount.

   8. ZenMarket reserves the right to block or ban accounts found in violation of the Terms & Conditions.

   9. Users who participate in this campaign will be deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.

   10. ZenMarket reserves the right to make the final decision regarding disputes on whether an item is eligible for the discount. Any decisions made by ZenMarket in this regard are final.

   11. The discount coupon can be used up to 99 times.

   12. Please note that items are declared at their full original value for customs and tax purposes. For example, if an item is originally priced at ¥1,000 and a promo code reduces the purchase price to ¥900, the declared value will still be ¥1,000.

If no shipping methods appear for your country/region, it is unlikely we will be able to ship to your desired destination, meaning you will be unable to make use of this campaign.

Destination availability is subject to change based on the routes we are given access to by our shipping providers. 

ZenMarket do not ship to any of the following destinations: Afghanistan, Belarus, Central Africa, Cuba, DR Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, and Syria.

ZenMarket charges a flat 500 yen fee per item. Here are some examples:

• Anime figure for 7,000 yen - service fee of 500 yen.
• 10-pack of instant ramen for 3,000 yen - service fee of 500 yen.
• Pre-loved luxury bag for 40,000 yen - service fee of 500 yen. 

Multiples of an identical item purchased in one transaction do not multiply the fee. Buy in bulk and save!
