1. Discount type:
   10% of the value spent per item will be automatically credited to your ZenMarket account as ZenPoints on the day your item is shipped overseas. 10,000 ZenPoint Cashback limit per item.
2. Eligible Items:
   The promotion applies only to LUXE Auctions that end during the campaign period. Auctions or items obtained from other stores or platforms will not be eligible for the points cashback. LUXE Auctions that ended outside the campaign period will not be eligible for the points cashback. If you were outbid and didn't win the auction, you will not be eligible for the points cashback.
3. Campaign Dates:
   From January 23rd 2025 16:00 to February 11th 16:00 2025 (JST)
4. IMPORTANT:
   1. Your auction(s) must be won during the promotional period to be eligible.
      Please note that in some cases adding funds to your account may take additional time. Reasons for this may include, but are not limited to:
      
      • User account security checks for high price items.
   2. To ensure your bid is placed within the promotional period, we recommend that you place a bid at least 2 - 3 days in advance of the promotion ending. Luxe Auctions follow a weekly schedule, with all auctions ending either on Monday or Tuesday, depending on the auction.
   3. Eligible items will have the earned ZenPoints applied automatically to your account on the day your item is shipped overseas - no coupon codes needed!
   4. Auctions that were lost and resulted in funds being returned to the customer will not be eligible to earn ZenPoints.
   5. Once your bid is placed, it cannot be cancelled for the reasons, such as  "bid on by mistake" or "no longer require the item". For accepted reasons for returns and cancellations, please, refer here. 
   6. Users are allowed to have only one (1) ZenMarket account. Users with multiple accounts will be deemed in direct violation of the Terms & Conditions and therefore ineligible for the cashback.
   7. ZenMarket reserves the right to block or ban accounts found in violation of the Terms & Conditions.
   8. Users who participate in this campaign will be deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.
   9. ZenMarket reserves the right to make the final decision regarding disputes on whether an item is eligible for the cashback on points. Any decisions made by ZenMarket in this regard are final.

Your earned ZenPoints will be automatically added to your ZenPoints balance after your LUXE Auctions item(s) is shipped internationally.
