1. Discount type:
   A 10% discount will be applied to each eligible item at the time of purchase. The discount will be reflected in your order total once the coupon code is applied.
   Please note: 

   • A maximum discount of JPY 50,000 applies per eligible item.
   • The discount is valid only for items priced at JPY 3,000 or more.

2. Eligible Items:
   The promotion applies only to ZenPlus items. Items purchased from other stores or platforms will not be eligible for the discount.

3. Campaign Dates:
   From August 7th 2026 00:00 to August 11th 23:59 2026 (JST) 

4. IMPORTANT:

   1. Your order(s) must be purchased by ZenMarket during the promotional period to be eligible.

   2. Please note that your items might not be eligible for a discount in some cases if your items aren't available for purchase immediately due to additional actions needed to complete your purchase. Additional actions may include, but are not limited to:

      1. The seller is requesting that we message them before making the purchase.

      2. Request for lacking item order details.

      3. User account security checks for high-priced items.

      4. Seller stock levels (item sold out, purchase limits, etc.)

   3. To ensure your order is made within the promotional period, we recommend that you order items at least 2 - 3 days in advance of the promotion ending.

   4. The promotion applies only to the item price and does not apply to shipping costs.

   5. We cannot cancel an item after you have clicked the payment button. If you wish to cancel an item for purchase, please delete the item from your shopping cart before you pay for the item. Please note that we cannot cancel orders from ZenPlus regardless of the reason once you have paid for them.

   6. Before purchasing an item, please check that it can be shipped to your region and is not on the list of internationally forbidden items. In many cases, these items cannot be returned and will be disposed of at the buyers' expense.

   7. Users are allowed to have only one (1) ZenMarket account. Users with multiple accounts will be deemed in direct violation of the Terms & Conditions and therefore ineligible for the discount.

   8. ZenMarket reserves the right to block or ban accounts found in violation of the Terms & Conditions.

   9. Users who participate in this campaign will be deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.

   10. ZenMarket reserves the right to make the final decision regarding disputes on whether an item is eligible for the cashback on points. Any decisions made by ZenMarket in this regard are final.

   11. No limited for the discount coupon.

   12. Please note that items are declared at their full original value for customs and tax purposes. For example, if an item is originally priced at ¥1,000 and a promo code reduces the purchase price to ¥900, the declared value will still be ¥1,000.

Here's how to do it in 5 steps:

1. Access ZenPlus from "Recommended" >"ZenPlus"tab  on ZenMarket.
2. Search for products on ZenPlus with ZenMarket.
3. Add items to your shopping cart.
4. Add coupon code at the checkout. 
5. Pay for your ZenPlus items through ZenMarket.

Please note that a purchase on ZenPlus is final. If you wish to cancel a particular item, please click on the trash icon next to the checkout button before paying for your items. Once you have paid for your items, we are unable to cancel your order in most cases.

When you buy items on ZenPlus, you must pay:

1. The Item Price: The cost of the product as listed by the seller.

2. The ZenMarket Service Fee: A flat fee of ¥300 per item.

On ZenPlus, domestic shipping (from the seller to our warehouse) is almost always included in the item price. You generally do not have to worry about　unexpected domestic charges after your purchase, as ZenPlus is a direct marketplace rather than a proxy bidding service.
