Once your account has been created, for free, on ZenMarket, you can add items to your shopping cart. Click "Add to Cart" on ZenMarket directly or copy and paste the product URL into the ZenMarket search bar from a Japanese site of your choice. ZenMarket only charges a ¥500 flat fee per item with no additional charges. You simply have to add funds to your ZenMarket account to pay for your items and shipping costs. Preparation, repackaging, and parcel insurance are available! Customs charges may apply for sending parcels internationally. More info on our fees here.
ZenMarket allows you to ship your parcels via several international carriers AirMail, FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS , or even Surface and Zen Express , our specialized delivery service! We also allow you to pay for your purchases with your preferred payment method: PayPal, Stripe, Wise, bank transfer, in cryptocurrencies via CoinGate, and many more, depending on your country of residence!
Once your products are purchased online, they will be shipped from Japanese stores and sellers, and we will receive them at our warehouses in Osaka.
