Once you've created your free ZenMarket account, you can add items to your cart. Click "Add to Cart" directly from ZenMarket, or copy and paste the product URL into ZenMarket's search bar if it's a Japanese URL link. Learn how ZenMarket works in our comprehensive guide.
ZenMarket only charges a ¥500 flat fee per item with no additional charges. You simply have to add funds to your ZenMarket account to pay for your items and shipping costs. Preparation, repackaging, and parcel insurance are available! Customs charges may apply for sending parcels internationally. More info on our fees here.
ZenMarket allows you to ship your packages via several international carriers: AirMail, FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS, or even Surface! We also allow you to pay for your purchases with your preferred payment method: PayPal, Stripe, Wise, bank transfer, in cryptocurrencies via CoinGate, and many more, depending on your country of residence!
Once your products are purchased online, they will be shipped from Japanese stores and sellers, and we will receive them at our warehouses in Osaka.
